An old favorite, this pairing was the product of patience and kismet. Two wonderful one-offs meant for each other.
Andrew Leddy has been attuned to frames and art for over twenty five years. Frustrated by less than adventurous art & frame pairings and a generally uninspired use of antique frames, he wondered out loud, “Where, O Where is anyone taking chances in pairing art & frame?” With that, Ubioubi (Latin for “Where O where”) was born, as a question and an answer to the problem. While he has no shop, he deals from his Georgetown DC home and also sells at the spring and fall markets at High Point’s Antique & Design Center.
